What we are looking for: 

• Films of any genre 15mins or under.  (no minimum time) 

• Judging criteria: 80% creative value, 20% technical

• Awards and Prizes will be given to 7 filmmakers in the following category:

Best Editing

Best Acting

Best Cinematography

Best Documentary

Best Experimental / non-traditional
